For their flagship retail store, Forever 21 wanted to retain the exceptional Beaux Arts elements of this historic San Francisco building while creating a modern shopping experience for picky Gen Zs. We maximized the selling space without compromising the rich decorative elements and integrated glamorous fixture and lighting design with modern architectural features.
