The Mumbai location was a prototype concept for a relatively new addition the Raymond Apparel Groups house of retail brands. The goal was to challenge the notion of capacity on the sales floor by developing an operational model that required less product on the sales floor and creating a modern and fresh customer-focused service experience. This design has been adapted to a wide variety retail formats across India.
